Yes.
RIGAS delivers orders of less than 15 cylinders mostly by air freight.
Although gas mixtures are classified as special gases and hazardous materials, RIGAS delivers them by air in a smooth manner by arranging proper procedures such as hazardous material declaration and inspection.
(However, some airline companies may decline the transportation of some types of toxic materials.)

If you contact our overseas sales staff (sales@rigas.co.kr) and provide us with the desired destination, transportation terms, delivery date, etc., we will identify an available airline, and inform you about it.

Yes. We can deliver our products anywhere within Korea or in foreign countries. For international transportation, we use the following means:

1. Transportation means
- By air or sea. For the recommended delivery quantity per shipment, refer to the following details:
1) Air: 1–15 cylinders
(If more than 15 cylinders will be transported, we recommend transportation by sea as surcharge is imposed for air transportation.)
2) Sea: 15+ cylinders
(RIGAS products cannot be mixed with different items and should be transported in independent cylinder.)
2. Foreign country delivery
- Our products can be delivered to any foreign country, except for those with international conflicts. However, as a company policy, RIGAS product deliverability may vary depending on the rules of shipping or airline companies. If delivery cannot be made through normal transportation means but another means is available to you, such as FOB, EXW, etc.,

we can supply the products using such means. For other questions and detailed answers, contact our overseas sales staff (sales@rigas.co.kr), and provide us with your desired destination, transportation terms, and delivery date.

Overseas sales staff will send you the MSDS after the product has been delivered to you. If you did not purchase a product and requested for MSDS issuance, you may be subjected to a specified charge.
We send the test report to you, along with the documentation, including MSDS, when the product has been delivered to you.

A test report can be reissued to you if you request for a copy of a test report of which no details are changed.
However, reissuance may not be possible in all cases, for example, if you request for a change of a category of a test report that is directly connected with product quality such as product concentration and expiration date.

The quality-related certificates that RIGAS currently has include a quality management system certificate (KS Q ISO 9001:2009 / ISO 9001:2008) issued by the International Standards Certification (KIC). In addition, RIGAS issues national official test reports based on an inspection agency certificate (verification: gas-state standard substances) issued by the NIER.

RIGAS has also acquired high-pressure gas manufacturing (filling) and sales licenses.

Manufacturing (filling) license: RIGAS has a license for a total of 655,104 items including 397,632 items of Factory 1 and 257,472 items of Factory 2. (The sales license is subordinate to the manufacturing license and covers all the items under the manufacturing license.)
